Evermile provides digital mobility management, spend management, and salary packaging solutions for businesses. Our Services include:

• Digital mobility card management and virtual card issuance
• Spend tracking, automation, and reporting tools
• Salary packaging administration and compliance management
• EV charging network management and optimization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Billing

We will bill you in accordance with the billing frequency specified in your service agreement. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Evermile and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERMILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evermile and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
